Privacy policy

1. Who is responsible

This site is run by an individual based in Japan under the trade name “FCナビ” (the “controller”). Contact: yofukashi.sommelier@gmail.com

2. What is stored and why

• Age check cookie (fcn_age_verified): remembers that you confirmed you are 18+, so the check isn’t shown on every page. Kept for 30 days. Strictly necessary for the feature you asked for.
• Theme setting (localStorage fcn_theme): remembers light / dark mode. Stays until you clear it.
• Cookie choice (localStorage fcn_cookie_consent): only if a cookie banner is shown; remembers your choice.

3. Ads and analytics

The site currently uses no ad or analytics tags. If they are added later, visitors will be asked for consent first, and those tags won’t load unless you accept.

4. Affiliate links

When you click an affiliate link, you go to MyFans, which may use cookies or identifiers to record the referral. Their own privacy policy applies there.

5. Your rights

If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of personal data about you, object to its use, and complain to your local data protection authority. You can also clear cookies and local storage in your browser at any time.
